Trang
Thailand
“Gateway to unspoiled islands, famous dim sum, emerald caves”
A largely undiscovered province on Thailand's Andaman coast, Trang is the gateway to some of the country's most unspoiled islands. The city was one of the first places in Thailand to cultivate rubber, introduced by the Chinese governor Phraya Ratsadanupradit in 1899. Its unique dim sum breakfast culture reflects the strong Chinese-Thai heritage of the region.
